As a business, you want your prospective and current clients to put their trust in you.   Customers want to feel like they are dealing with professionals who can take care of their needs.  Here is Part 3 of 3 to building trust and confidence in your business branding:

Have a confidence boosting website.  This means a website that looks professional, easy to access and use, and provides testimonials from your past or present clients.  Not to sound like a broken record, but your website also needs to be updated to keep up with current times.  The technology world is constantly changing and the trends of websites also change.  If your website is using old clipart and still looks like it’s from 1991, so does your business – a change is in need.

Your business should constantly be evolving and changing to meet the needs of your current and prospective customers.  Sometimes all you need is some small changes such as a professional e-mail address, current logo that represents the current year and a website that always looks fresh!
