In this latest episode of ‘MSP Rockstars’ by Datto Inc. our long-term client, Pritchard & Co. LLP, talks about how we upgraded their hardware and major software packages last fall and transitioned them to WFH (Work from Home) during the first stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Challenge:
Last fall, Pritchard upgraded several software platforms as well as integrating several new computers with new operating systems, while meeting strict deadlines and avoiding any interruption to business.
Result:
Partek assisted them through the transition, connecting with 3rd party companies and ensuring all required specifications were met. Partek executed and implemented remote workstations and connections for the staff at Pritchard during the pandemic and had them up and running on those remote workstations over a weekend. We communicated with staff to ensure they had the appropriate support and understanding of their new work environment. The staff noted no significant difference or interruption in their ability to respond to the needs of their clients.
