Challenge:
The Home Team was presented with a challenge surrounding their previous website host and was unable to access or make updates to the back end of their website. The Home Team had also been making great efforts with their marketing and social media and their existing website no longer reflected those efforts.
Approach:
The Home Team’s expanding business and staff, and recent rebranding, was not well reflected on their existing website. When they had access, the back end of the website was clumsy and frustrating to update. Now facing a bit of an emergency circumstance with no access to the back of their website, it was time for a major overhaul.
In order to avoid any downtime, Partek replaced their inaccessible existing website with a landing page in order to redirect visitors to their social media feeds while the new website was being developed.
Solution:
In addition to getting them back up and running as soon as possible, the Home Team had an opportunity to start from scratch and invest in a website built to work for their business.
Our objective was to modernize the website aesthetic and represent the company’s achievements and values. With the Home Team’s branding in mind, Partek designed a clean and minimalist website aesthetic featuring high-quality custom photography done by Bobbie Elaine Photography.
We also incorporated a custom listings feed in place of the generic and cumbersome iframe listings feed provided as standard through the Matrix MLS System. Not only is the custom listings feed much more visually pleasing and easy to use, it also creates a landing page for each individual listing, allowing for better direct marketing and a strong call to action for inquiring buyers.
