Challenge:
We first developed Pritchard & Company’s website nearly a decade ago, and while it had served them well, it was beginning to show its age. The design no longer matched the firm’s modern professionalism, the content presentation wasn’t capturing attention or showcasing their expertise effectively, and the navigation lacked the intuitive, mobile-friendly experience that today’s users expect.
Additionally, the site lacked strong calls-to-action to encourage inquiries, making it harder to convert visitors into clients. Pritchard & Company wanted to address these issues while also meeting new goals:

We began by rethinking the overall user journey, focusing on both prospective clients and potential recruits. The new design uses clean lines, modern typography, and subtle animation to convey professionalism without feeling rigid or “stuffy.” Content was rewritten to be personable yet authoritative, reflecting the approachable and collaborative nature of the firm.
Navigation was simplified, making it easier for visitors to quickly find services or contact details from any device. We also integrated a robust site search function to allow users to locate specific articles, legal topics, or team members in seconds.
To highlight the firm’s credibility and client satisfaction, we strategically placed client testimonials throughout the site. We also developed a structured article and resource library, giving visitors an easy way to browse by topic and find relevant information. Each legal service page was expanded and refined to clearly outline the firm’s offerings, process, and benefits to the client.
