The Medicine Hat Accommodation Association is a collective of local hotels working to increase overnight stays by promoting local accommodations, events, and experiences to travelers, event organizers, and sports tourism groups.
Challenge:
StayInMedicineHat.com had recently undergone a third-party website audit, identifying critical performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness issues. The site was slow to load, lacked proper event and package integration, and was difficult to update — leading to inconsistent content and missed promotional opportunities.

We rebuilt the Stay in Medicine Hat website from the ground up, delivering a responsive, visually engaging platform that’s as easy to use behind the scenes as it is on the front end. Local tourism content also took center stage. We created a dynamic feed of upcoming events and curated experiences to help visitors make the most of their stay. Whether they’re in town for a hockey tournament, a conference, or a family getaway, travelers can now find inspiration and accommodation in one central location.
All of MHAA’s external marketing efforts—from social media campaigns to digital ads—now direct traffic to the newly redesigned site. By acting as the primary hub for tourism messaging, the website reinforces MHAA’s brand and creates a consistent, professional experience for all visitors.
