We recently completed a small survey of our entire client base to determine how well we’re doing. We asked 9 quick questions to determine factors such as response time, our rates, knowledge level, and value, among other things. We received a 50% response rate to the survey. - 100% of respondents feel that Partek provides friendly, professional and honesty customer service.
- 85% of respondents said that Partek is knowledgeable and able to solve their technology problems.
- 90% of respondents say that Partek provides them with options regarding technology.
